Former Bougainville president James Tanis is looking for individuals to vote for independence from Papua New Guinea within the referendum which begins on Saturday

Mr Tanis stated he didn’t need individuals to hearken to those that stated Bougainville lacked the capability to handle as an unbiased nation.
